		<description>I actually just read it a couple of months ago, but between the recommendations of &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.pro-rock.com/v6/lyrics_beale.html&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Clutch&lt;/a&gt; and Anthony Burgess, and the comparisons to &lt;i&gt;A Canticle for Leibowitz&lt;/i&gt;, I couldn&#039;t resist, and I&#039;m glad I didn&#039;t.  I can&#039;t believe I hadn&#039;t heard of it before.

I found another book by Russell Hoban while looking for that one-- &lt;i&gt;The Medusa Sequence&lt;/i&gt;-- which was also great, he&#039;s definitely a writer that sticks in your head for months afterwards.</description>
